Returns are strictly not accepted. Any claims for transit damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by Parcel or trusted Logistics, and must be accompanied by an uncut, continuous unboxing video. No claims will be entertained without video proof.
To initiate any manufacturing or custom order, we require a standard 60% advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to the final dispatch of the goods. For your convenience, we also accept fine metal (pure gold) as an advance through trusted regional parcel services. This ensures a secure, transparent, and smooth manufacturing process for both parties.
We supply Pan-India using trusted regional logistics and secure parcel services tailored to the buyer's location. All shipping, freight, and transit insurance charges are to be borne by the buyer. To ensure smooth delivery, buyers are welcome to suggest their preferred local logistics partner for their city. All goods are dispatched at the buyer's risk.
